Darul Infaq Foundation provides Islamic marriage (Nikah) services as a religious function in accordance with Islamic principles and applicable Illinois law.

Islamic marriage (Nikah) solemnization
Religious officiation of marriage
Completion and certification of Illinois marriage licenses
Officiant Authorization
Nikah ceremonies are conducted by a religious officiant duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Darul Infaq Foundation.
The officiant is authorized to solemnize marriages:
Anywhere within the State of Illinois Regardless of the county issuing the marriage license In accordance with 750 ILCS 5/209 Illinois does not require county or state registration of religious officiants.
Legal Recognition
Marriage licenses issued by any Illinois county clerk are valid statewide. Once properly completed, signed, and returned to the issuing county, the marriage is legally recognized by the State of Illinois.
